This is the part that genuinely differentiates the work. When a car will not start, a battery is the most likely cause but it is not the only one — a failing alternator, a parasitic drain or corroded terminals all produce the same symptom, and none of them is fixed by a new battery.

So we run a load test on the battery, check charging voltage under load, and measure standing current before recommending anything. About one call in ten turns out not to need a battery at all. Telling someone that costs us a sale and earns the next one.

You get the figure on the phone, before anyone sets off. If access turns out to be materially different from what was described — a lower basement clearance, a car wedged in rather than free-standing — we re-quote before starting work rather than adding it to the invoice afterwards.

There is no membership, no annual fee and no contract. You pay for the job you actually needed.

Battery replacement is not the same job on every car. We cover 55 marques, and on a large share of them the new battery has to be registered or coded to the vehicle's energy management system. Skipping that step is the single most common reason a new battery fails inside a year, and it is why we carry diagnostic equipment rather than just batteries.

We also match the technology to the vehicle. A car with start-stop needs an EFB or AGM, and fitting a conventional flooded battery to save money will produce a failure within about a year while quietly disabling the system.

We work across 68 Dubai communities. What we will not do is publish a single citywide response time, because it would not be true — Business Bay and Dubai South are not the same drive, and an advertised arrival window is a service promise rather than a marketing line.

If we are going to be forty-five minutes, we will say forty-five minutes. Standing beside a car in a Dubai summer waiting for someone who promised thirty is a genuinely bad experience, and we would rather set the expectation correctly.
