Should I use ACDelco in my Tahoe or Escalade?
It is the most direct match, since GM fitted ACDelco originally. On full-size GM SUVs, where the standing electrical load is substantial and undersizing causes early failure, matching the original specification is genuinely worthwhile.
Does ACDelco make AGM batteries?
Yes, and stop-start equipped GM models need them. A conventional battery in a stop-start GM will fail early and the system will typically disable itself.
